Baltimore, M.D. — The Fayetteville State University women’s basketball team captured their fifth title at the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Tournament this Saturday. The Broncos triumphed over the defending champions, Elizabeth City State, in an intense showdown at the CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore.

The Broncos’ victory was spearheaded by Keayna McLaughlin, who dazzled the crowd and her opponents with a 17-point game, earning her the Most Valuable Player award.
