How do I access a CARES NC application?

Applications can be accessed and downloaded here. Applications can also be accessed at the ASPIRE office located at 321 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 via the application pick-up box.

Do I qualify?

Eligibility is determined by meeting with a Case Manager. You must be income eligible and have been adversely impacted by COVID-19.

What documentation is needed?

• ID for everyone 18 or older
• Verification of All Income
  • Copy of check stubs (for 3 months)
  • Proof of Current Social Security Income
  • Food Stamp Award Letter
  • Social Security Award Letter
  • Bank Statements NOT accepted
• Social Security cards for entire household

How do I submit my application?

Applications can be submitted via email at caresnc@actionpathways.ngo. Applications can also be submitted at the ASPIRE office located at 321 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 via the application drop box.
