Fayetteville Community Rallies Against Fentanyl Crisis with Awareness Event
Fayetteville, NC – In response to the escalating fentanyl crisis, the Butterfly Effect Overdose Awareness Program is set to host a pivotal community event on November 18, 2023. Titled “Fentanyl is Killing the Community,” this event aims to raise awareness, provide vital resources, and unite the community in the fight against fentanyl poisoning.
Scheduled from 10am to 2pm at the Ponderosa Shopping Center, 5701 Yadkin Rd., Fayetteville, the event is a place of hope and solidarity. Attendees will have access to a wealth of resources and information, including free Narcan distribution, educational materials, and guidance on overdose prevention.
The event promises an engaging lineup of guest speakers and fellowship opportunities, emphasizing the need for community involvement in addressing the fentanyl crisis. With the holiday season approaching, the program also focuses on preparing and protecting the community.
