Operation Turkey Fayetteville Presents: 70’s Costume Dance Party Fundraiser
FAYETTEVILLE, NC – Operation Turkey Fayetteville is set to host a groovy night of fun, dance, and charity with its 70’s Costume Dance Party. This non-profit organization has made remarkable strides each year by feeding nearly 10,000 families in Cumberland County, North Carolina. This year, with the community’s support, they aim to surpass their previous accomplishments.
The event is slated for September 15, 2023, from 7 pm to midnight, at the Studio 215 located at 215 Williams St, Fayetteville, NC. Attendees can look forward to a nostalgic night of 70’s dance, with prizes awarded for the best costumes and dance moves. The evening will also feature door prizes and a live auction.
Tickets are now available for purchase: $50 for general admission and $75 for VIP access. All ticket proceeds will be funneled into Operation Turkey’s commendable goal of providing 15,000 meals on Thanksgiving Day, with additional meals distributed throughout North Carolina.
The evening isn’t just about revisiting the 70’s dance era. It’s about coming together to support a meaningful cause. So, it’s time to dust off those bell bottoms, wigs, and platform shoes and make a statement not only in style but in spirit. To join the movement and contribute to making a significant difference locally, purchase tickets on their Eventbrite page.
The organization encourages everyone to spread the word, share the event, and invite friends. This event isn’t just a party; it’s a call to come together, dance the night away, and significantly impact the lives of those in need in our community.
