 Trees for Troops 2021: Free Christmas Trees for Military Families on Dec 3, 2021

The Trees for Troops program is returning to Fort Bragg, Dec. 3, 2021 at Smith Lake!

Trees for Troops gives free Christmas Trees for Active Duty and Reservists on Active Duty Orders E-6 and below.

Here’s how you can get a free Christmas Tree:

+ Get your voucher – 450 vouchers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at Leisure Travel Services November 29 through December 3 or until all are given out.
+ Pick up your tree – Pick up you tree at Smith Lake Recreation Area, 8 a.m.-10 a.m., on Dec. 3. (NOTE: You must have a DoD ID Card and a voucher, in order to pick up a tree. Without proper identification, you will not be allowed to pick up a tree, even though you might have a voucher.)
+ After 10 a.m., trees will be given out to non-voucher holders, E-6 and below with a DoD ID card, until trees are gone.*Trees cannot be held for later pick-up.
