Affordable Housing Neighborhood Opens at Oakridge Estates in Fayetteville, NC

The Oakridge Estates neighborhood off Bunce Road is now complete!

The City of Fayetteville, NC Government and Fayetteville Area Habitat for Humanity partnered to develop this community. Many families have already moved into their new homes.

The City contributed a grant of $2.3M and a $1M loan to the project. This project began in 2019. There are a total of 47 homes in the Oakridge Estates neighborhood.

The Oakridge Estates is a Habitat for Humanity community. This community provides affordable homes for City residents.
