FAYETTEVILLE NC — Questions are circulating after the Dank Burrito location at the corner of Skibo Road and Raeford Road appeared unexpectedly closed during a recent visit.
The restaurant, which opened on April 1, 2025, showed no vehicles in the parking lot and no visible activity inside. Observations from outside the building also indicated that portions of the interior looked altered, with some seating and equipment no longer in place.
If the closure is permanent, it would come less than a year after the business celebrated its grand opening in one of Fayetteville NC’s busiest retail corridors.
Adding to the uncertainty, social media activity from the business appeared as recently as last week, and no public announcement has been issued regarding a closure. The exterior marquee sign does not indicate that the restaurant has shut down.
As of now, Google lists the location as “temporarily closed,” though no official confirmation has been provided about whether the status is short term or permanent.
