Qdoba Mexican Eats Expands to North Ramsey Street in Fayetteville

A new fast-casual dining option is preparing to open on Fayetteville’s north side. Qdoba Mexican Eats is tentatively scheduled to open March 4, 2026, at 4401 Ramsey Street, Suite 104.

The new location will sit next to Starbucks and Smoothie King and just a block from the Walmart Supercenter on Ramsey Road, placing it in one of the area’s busiest commercial corridors.

Qdoba Mexican Eats has continued expanding its footprint in Fayetteville over the past several months. Its Skibo Road location has been operating for nearly three months, while another restaurant serves customers on Fort Bragg. The Ramsey Street opening will give north side residents direct access without crossing town.

Qdoba operates in the fast-casual category, offering build-your-own bowls, burritos, tacos and quesadillas. While often compared to Chipotle, the brand distinguishes itself through menu flexibility and additional topping options, including classic queso and a spicier queso variation.

One of its signature features is the tortilla bowl with a crisp, flaked edge designed to hold rice bowls or layered toppings. The concept emphasizes customization, allowing guests to select proteins, sauces, salsas and add-ons according to preference.

The north side addition continues a broader pattern of national chains identifying Ramsey Street as a growth corridor. With Starbucks, Smoothie King and Walmart already drawing steady traffic, the new restaurant is positioned to benefit from both residential growth and commuter flow in the area.

Residents who want to try the menu ahead of the Ramsey Street opening can visit the Skibo Road location or the Fort Bragg restaurant.
