Graze Craze, a fast-growing concierge-style charcuterie company, is expanding to Fayetteville and is now hiring for multiple positions as it prepares to launch locally. The company is known for its artistically crafted graze boards and creative food displays for events and everyday gatherings.

Positions Available

General Manager
Leads day-to-day operations, motivates staff, and delivers a strong customer experience. The position offers a starting salary of $38,000 per year plus bonuses. No late-night shifts, as the store closes at 5 p.m., with opportunities for career advancement.

Charcuterie Decorators (Two Positions)
Responsible for preparing graze boards and boxes, supporting events, and offering excellent customer service in a creative, positive environment. Starting pay is $10 per hour with flexible scheduling and room for professional growth.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience in management, hospitality, or food service is preferred
• ServSafe Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong sense of presentation, teamwork, and customer service
• Reliable, friendly, and motivated to grow with an expanding brand
