Fayetteville, NC — Cumberland County is celebrating an outstanding achievement as Aliyah Rivera, Little Miss Gray’s Creek of Gray’s Creek Middle School, has been crowned Junior Miss North Carolina Sunshine 2026 at the Miss North Carolina Sunshine Pageant. Her win brings pride and excitement to the community as she represents the region with grace, dedication, and a heart for service.
