Thursday’s menu highlights include Stew Beef with Rice, Grilled Beef Liver, Battered Fried Pork Chops, and Southern Fried Chicken — each plate served with two vegetables, bread, and a drink, with tax included.

Main dishes include Fried Chicken, Baby Back Ribs, Fried Tilapia, Pork Chops, Bottom Round Roast on Rice, Liver and Onions with Gravy, and Slab Liver Pudding.
