Fayetteville, NC — A taste of New England is rolling into town as the Cousins Maine Lobster Truck makes its way to downtown Fayetteville on Saturday, July 5. The popular food truck will be serving from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Haymount Truck Stop, located at 100 Broadfoot Avenue.
Known from its appearance on the hit show Shark Tank, the Cousins Maine Lobster brand has built a national following with its fr esh, high-quality seafood offerings. The Fayetteville stop will feature a menu full of favorites including Maine, Connecticut, and garlic butter lobster rolls, lobster grilled cheese, lobster quesadillas, and lobster or shrimp tacos. Guests can also enjoy lobster tots, chowder tots, smothered tots, New England clam chowder, and lobster bisque.
For younger guests, kids’ meals include grilled cheese or cheese quesadillas served with tots. Dessert and snack options include whoopie pies, Cape Cod chips, and Maine Root soda.
In addition to hot meals, cust omers will have the opportunity to take home lobster kits, bisque by the quart, and cold lobster meat for making their own rolls at home.
