Fayetteville, NC – After a successful temporary run on Murchison Road, the team behind Uptown’s Chicken & Waffles has announced the launch of a brand-new restaurant concept: The Ville Wings & Bar. The new location will officially open on Tuesday, June 24 at 1911 Murchison Road in Fayettevi lle.
The announcement comes as Uptown’s original location at 1707 Owen Drive has now reopened following recent floor renovations. During that downtime, Uptown operated from Murchison Road and quickly gained community buzz for its flavorful menu and welcoming atmosphere. That momentum led to the decision to establish a permanent new eatery in the same spot.
The Ville Wings & Bar will feature full dine-in and bar service, centered around a menu of bold and unique wing flavors. Guests can expect 20 signature wings, including standout creations by Chef Judy like raspberry jalapeño, honey chipotle, and the house specialty The Ville Flavor.
The menu also includes multiple fry options—waffle, curly, crinkle cut, and sweet potato—as well as fried pickles, jalapeño poppers, and beer-battered mozzarella sticks. Other items include chicken sandwiches named “Scholar” and “Dropout,” along with fresh salads, desserts, and specialty drinks such as Murch Punch, Two Six, and classic grape Kool-Aid.
From the creators of Uptown Chicken & Waffles, The Ville aim s to keep the energy alive on Murchison Road with a new, flavor-packed destination for locals to enjoy.
