Stedman NC “Party in the Park” 2023

STEDMAN, NC – Ernest Freeman Park in Stedman is gearing up for a day of fun and festivities at the annual Stedman Party in the Park on May 20, 2023. The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., will feature a variety of activities and attractions for all ages.

The opening ceremony will kick off the event at 10 a.m. and feature a performance by Stedman Elementary School. Arts and crafts vendors will also be on site from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition to the arts and crafts vendors, there will be plenty of entertainment and activities for everyone to enjoy. Attendees can look forward to a rock climbing wall, pony rides, bounce houses, face painting, and even laser tag.

Foodies will not be disappointed either as there will be food trucks on site offering a variety of delicious eats, including barbecue, turkey legs, ribs, pizza, American cuisine, cold drinks, nuts, nachos and cheese, funnel cakes, and cotton candy.

The entertainment lineup for the day includes:

• The Cape Fear High School Jazz Group at 12 p.m.
• Gamalier Padilla at 1 p.m.
• The Throwback Collaboration Band (TCB) Motown – R&B -Funk at 4 p.m.
• The Embers live performance at 8 p.m.
