Mental Health Awareness Skate Night on May 22, 2023
Fayetteville, NC – Miss Cumberland County’s Teen is presenting a Mental Health Awareness Skate Night at Round-a-Bout skating rink located in Eutaw Shopping Center on May 21, 2023, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The event aims to raise awareness about mental health and to provide a fun and supportive environment for those struggling with mental health issues.
The first 25 guests to register on Eventbrite will receive free admission and skate rentals. The event is open to everyone, and admission is free for the first 25 guests. Those who miss out on the free admission can still attend for a small fee.
Attendees can enjoy an evening of skating while learning about mental health awareness and resources available in the community. Miss Cumberland County’s Teen will be on hand to provide information and resources to those in need. Healthcare providers can carefully monitor symptoms of mood disorders to prevent severe depressive episodes.
