A Sold-Out Night to Remember: Boyz II Men Concert at Crown Theater, Fayetteville NC
Fayetteville, NC — On Saturday, April 1st, fans packed the venue as legendary R&B group Boyz II Men took to the stage at 7:30 p.m. for a concert that Fayetteville will not soon forget. The sold-out event was filled with fun, excitement, and a sense of nostalgia as the multi-octave vocalists performed their timeless hits, spanning from the early 90s to today.
The evening kicked off with a pre-party, which featured a lively cocktail party in an outdoor area for specialty mixed drinks, Chick-Fil-A concessions, and music by DJ Rayn. This set the perfect atmosphere for fans to mingle and celebrate before the main event.
The concert was made possible by the efforts of Community Concerts, Fayetteville’s oldest arts organization, as part of its 87th season. Established in 1935, Community Concerts has a long history of bringing top-notch entertainment to the city, from dueling pianists and classical musicians to contemporary pop, rock, and country artists. This time, the organization succeeded in bringing Boyz II Men, the best-selling R&B group of all time, to Fayetteville.
The concert showcased the group’s generational appeal, attracting both long-time fans who grew up with their early hits like “End of the Road” and “On Bended Knee,” as well as newer listeners who have come to appreciate their genre-crossing collaborations with artists like Brett Young and Charlie Puth. The evening was a testament to Boyz II Men’s enduring talent and charisma, proving that they remain the gold standard in music entertainment.
