NC Voters who miss the voter registration deadline can still register to vote and cast a ballot during the early voting period from Oct. 20 – Nov. 5 using same-day registration. (Note: same-day registration is not available on the Nov. 8 Election Day)

Eligibility:
Make sure you have lived in Cumberland County for 30 days.
You are 18 years of age. A US citizen. And if convicted of a felony, you have served your time / sentence (parole or probration)
