The Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Upsilon Kappa Omega Chapter are making plans for our annual Jazz on  Top of the Town.  This year’s theme is our 2nd Annual Evening at the Oscars. PLEASE mark your calendar for April 16, 2016 at the Crown Expo Center at 8:00 pm. The success of our event is credited largely to our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support to the event. The money we raise each year goes to scholarships for local high school students.

We are also committed to being a welcoming chapter that strives to uphold our sisterly values while empowering others! We are committed to our motto, “Service to All Mankind,” which charges us every year to increase our contributions to the community. It is through your financial support to Jazz on Top of the Town that the Upsilon Kappa Omega Chapter has been able to serve the local community, allocating resources to various efforts, such as the Asthma Action Group’s Asthma Fair and Camp, Human Trafficking Awareness, Sandhills Heart Walk, and The Bicycle Man annual giveaway.
