Fayetteville State Opens $50 Million Bronco Pride Hall, Transforming Campus Living
FAYETTEVILLE, NC — Fayetteville State University has officially opened Bronco Pride Hall, a $50 million residence hall designed to provide students with a modern, comfortable, and academically supportive place to live.
Located in a central spot along Langdon Street, the new four-story building replaces the historic Vance Hall site and makes a bold first impression for anyone entering campus. Built by Metcon Construction of Pembroke, the 87,930-square-foot facility houses 336 double-occupancy rooms, each featuring a private bathroom.

Bronco Pride Hall was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. Students have access to a full-size kitchen on the first floor, a spacious laundry room with 16 washers and 20 dryers, multiple study rooms on every floor, and breakout lounges for relaxation and informal gatherings.
The new hall is part of Fayetteville State’s long-term campus enhancement plan, expanding resources for a growing student body while fostering academic success, social connection, and personal growth.
