Rising Above It All: Youth Conference and Food Truck Festival Coming to Red Springs

Red Springs, NC — A powerful weekend of faith, food, and fellowship is coming to St. Joseph MR C as the Rising Above It All Youth Con ference and Food Truck Festival takes place on Saturday and Sunday, July 12–13 at 4657 Daniel McLeod Road. This free, community-wide event is open to all ages and aims to uplift and empower youth and families through spiritual growth, engaging activities, and shared experience s.

Saturday, July 12 will begin with morning prayer at 9:30 AM, followed by a full day of youth workshops and real talk sessions focused on leadership, life challenges, and faith-based guidance. A live gospel concert featuring special guest performers will provide musical inspiration, while an outdoor food truck festival will offer diverse cuisine in a fun, fam ily-friendly atmosphere. Free breakfast and lunch will also be provided throughout the day.

Sunday, July 13 continues the weekend with a worship service beginning at 11:00 AM, followed by a youth field day at 5:30 PM—an energetic close to the event filled with games, celebration, and community bonding.

Official t-shirts are available for purchase, with sizes S to XL priced at 15 dollars and 2X and above at 20 dollars. Shirts offer attendees a chance to represent the movement and commemorate the weekend.

Food trucks are still being accepted for Saturday’s festival, with limited vendor s pace available. Businesses, churches, and individuals are also invited to become sponsors and support this outreach effort, helping to make a lasting impact on local youth.
