FAYETTEVILLE, NC — A familiar retail space has been given a new life as Bob’s Discount Furniture officially opened its 32,000+ square foot showroom on June 30, marking the company’s expansion into North Carolina. The former Bed Bath & Beyond location at 5075 Morganton Road has been fully transformed, offering a wide range of living room sets, bedroom furniture, mattresses, din ing collections, and home décor at everyday low prices.
A Growing Presence in North Carolina
The Fayetteville store is one of several recent openings in the state, joining new locations in Durham, Cary, Jacksonville, Wilmington, and Winston-Salem. Compa
ny leaders emphasize that each store is designed to provide a “no-pressure shopping” experience, with a focus on transparency and building relationships within the community.
Community Commitment
As part of the ribbon-cutting celebration, Bob’s presented a $25,000 donation to the USO of North Carolina and $2,500 to the Green Beret Foundation, reinforcing the company’s support for military families and local causes.
Convenient Location and Hours
The new showroom sits in the shopping center across from Cross Creek Mall, near Ulta, Staples, and BioLife. Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
