Harnett County to Host 3rd Annual Community Day on August 7

Lillington, NC – Harnett County is gearing up for its 3rd Annual Community Day, set to take place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harnett County Government Complex, located at 455 McKinney Parkway, Lillington, NC.

The event promises an exciting array of activities and resources for all ages. Attendees can look forward to informational vendors, presentations, food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, and various fun activities. This event aims to provide valuable information about the resources and services available to Harnett County residents while offering a day of entertainment and community engagement.

A waiver is required for children to participate in the bounce houses and carnival activities, which can be signed on-site. The event will proceed rain or shine, with both indoor and outdoor activities planned. However, severe weather may impact some outdoor activities.
